School Day

Timings

Our teaching day is from 8.45am until 3.30pm. Our school gates open from 8.35am and children are encouraged to come into class early to settle in for their day. 

Arriving after 9.00am will result in your child receiving an unauthorised absence mark so we would appreciate it if you could support students to arrive before Registration at 8.45am.

Our compulsory weekly opening hours total 33 hours and 45 minutes.

Clubs

We host a range of free and paid clubs after school that are very well attended.  Please look out for information on our separate enrichment page but also in correspondence from school staff.

Protocol for non-collection

It is essential that children are collected on time.  Any children who have not been collected promptly will be placed into after-school club at a cost to the parent.  

School staff will make contact with any telephone number that has been attached to the child's profile.  Should no one respond, a call to Social Care will be made, in line with the Local Authority expectations.
